There was some interesting sports action last night as several Top 25 teams found themselves upset, including No. 1 Duke. The Premier League and NBA also had games yesterday. You’re morning roundup begins now.

Several teams near the top of their conferences struggled last night as they fell to teams with inferior records. The up-and-down year for the Boston Celtics continued as they lost to the Brooklyn Nets while the Portland Trail Blazers were unable to overcome a strong performance from the Sacramento Kings. James Harden put the team on his shoulders as he scored 57 points to lead the Houston Rockets over the Memphis Grizzlies.

NCAA Men’s Basketball

No. 1 Duke fell at home as the top-ranked team for the first time since 2006 being defeated by unranked Syracuse. No. 11 Florida State and No. 25 Indiana were also upset as they fell to Pittsburgh and Nebraska, respectively. No. 7 Kansas No. 19  Maryland both survived upset scares as they narrowly beat their opponents.
